Madrid Living Edition 2026

The inaugural Madrid Living Edition will take place on October 1 at CaixaBank’s All In One, bringing together the many facets of residential luxury. This exclusive, invitation-only event will provide a platform for leading industry professionals and speakers to share insights, innovations and trends shaping the high-end real estate sector.

The All In One’s Agora, designed by Norman Foster and one of CaixaBank’s crown jewels in Madrid, can accommodate around 130 fortunate guests who, thanks to the event’s format, will be able to enjoy the day to the fullest in an exclusive setting. The event will be officially opened by José Góngora, Commercial Director of CaixaBank’s Business Banking division in Madrid. He will be followed by Carolina González, promoter and director of The District Congress, who will offer an initial analysis of the current state of the real estate market.

Jaime Ardid, CEO of ARD Investment & Development, and José Manuel Moreno, founder and CEO of Gunni & Trentino, will discuss the synergies behind the art of living.

Gustavo López, from Real Estate Wealth (CaixaBank Group), will share his perspective on managing exclusive real estate assets. Pedro Soria will present Tecnitasa’s insights into the most notable trends in today’s premium and ultra-premium market. He is clear that “unique locations and distinctive buildings always retain their value.”

Álvaro Palomino, Head of Projects at Miele Iberia, will be joined in conversation by Fran Silvestre, a leading figure in contemporary architecture. Álvaro emphasises that “design and quality are the elements that define luxury in home appliances.”

Landscaping, increasingly in demand for the exclusive spaces sought by today’s high-end market, will be provided by Jardins Tramuntana, one of the sector’s leading companies. Joan Nadal, the company’s CEO, emphasises that “an exceptional location can make something good truly unique.”

Broadening the scope of the luxury residential market, María Cordón, CEO of Blue Healthcare, and Mónica Sada, CEO of Unicskin, will discuss wellbeing and longevity — the luxury of living longer and better. They will be joined on the panel by Xicu Costa, CaixaBank’s Regional Director and host of the event.

Mikel Echevarren, from Colliers Iberia, will provide a broad, international perspective on the market. In his view, “true luxury is light years away from fleeting design.” Antonio Pan de Soraluce, founding partner of Blasson, and Leticia Pérez, from Dazia Capital, will discuss the transformation of the luxury residential sector.

Beatriz Silveira, a leading name in interior design, and Germán López, CEO of Gira Ibérica, will discuss conscious design, an increasingly essential approach. As Germán puts it, “technology should be discreet, yet highly intuitive.”

Ginés Navarro of Admara Capital, Ignacio Ruiz of CaixaBank, Ramón Hermosilla, CEO of Terralpa, and Verónica Manrique, CEO of Olisson, will take part in a panel discussion on the elite real estate ecosystem.

The event will conclude with an international perspective: Italian architect and designer Mónica Armani will share her vision of the new concept of luxury, which, in her view, “comes from proportions, volumes and light.”

In short, a diverse, cosmopolitan and highly professional lineup covering a broad range of perspectives. An extraordinary experience where the intimate format ensures that attendees can make the most of every moment.

Without a doubt, this inaugural edition of Madrid Living Edition is a unique and exclusive opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the latest developments, trends and perspectives shaping the luxury residential market.
