Mallorca Real Estate Summit 2024

An event that lives up to its essence

The third edition of the Mallorca Real Estate Summit is here. The Borbalán communication agency and Grup Serra are joining forces to give the high-end real estate sector presence and coverage. An event that is well established for all Premium Real Estate stakeholders.

To be held on 13 de marzo at Castillo Hotel Son Vida, it will feature the participation of speakers covering all fields in the sector. Including Judith Montoriol, Chief Economist at Caixabank, Jordi Castiñeira, Deal Advisory Partner at KPMG Spain, the Executive Government of Catalonia’s Minister for Housing, Land and Mobility, Marta Vidal, and the Mayor of Palma and architect Jaime Martínez.

Roundtables, talks and discussions that will serve as a forum for participants. Debates moderated by journalists such as Pep Verger, Editor of El Económico, the weekly financial paper published by Grup Serra every Friday jointly with the newspaper Ultima Hora, with representatives of leading companies including Enrique López from Caledonian, Sergio Espadero from Tecnitasa, Bea Silveira, a leading trend-setting decorator, Luis Martín, President of the Real Estate Developers Association, Elena Jori, Real Estate Director at Home Select and Hans Lenz, from Abini.

Discussions between representatives of leading companies in the sector, including Mariana Muñoz from Terraza Balear, Jaume Mairata from Industrias Mairata, Edmundo Soares from Estel and Cristina Deutsch from Engel & Völkers.

And innovative presentations including a talk by Susana Campuzano on the strategic management of the luxury segment and a report on the Premium Residential segment in the Balearic Islands by the CEO of the Tecnitasa Group, José Antonio Muro. As well as a conversation on new traditional architecture between Sergi Bastidas from Bastidas Architecture and Rolf Blakstad from Blakstad Arquitectos.

The event will officially close with a panel in which Jesús González, Professor of Geography and Director of the Chair of Urban Studies at the UIB, will lead the discussion, an exchange of ideas and approaches between the Mayoress of Santander Gema Igual and Jaime Martínez, the mayor of Palma, two of the most fashionable cities in Spain, Europe and the rest of the world.
