A first edition is always a luxury. It’s about discovery, innovation, awakening.

However, achieving a second edition is a success in itself. Last year saw the first edition of Premium Real Estate Premium Real Estate.

It took place in Madrid, the fashion capital, at CaixaBank’s All in One centre, one of those buildings that put you right on the map of contemporary architecture. The idea behind the event arose thanks to the magnificent response to similar conferences held in Mallorca. It was a case of exporting an idea from the island to the capital, an idea already realised and with proven success. To maintain the event’s high calibre, it was essential to involve representatives from the very best of Spain’s Real Estate sector, and this has been achieved. The list of participants ensured exceptional results, as the 225 attendees of the 2023 edition will confirm. The huge interest this year has meant that we are unable to stage it in the All in One centre – although we still benefit from the valuable support of Caixabank Real Estate Homes – for lack of space. So we’re moving to Auditorium of Caixaforum Madrid at Paseo del Prado 36, in order to ensure an unparalleled setting for attendees of this year’s edition.

The programme is not yet confirmed; the speakers’ diaries are tricky to align. Without giving spoilers, we can say that these are A-list professionals, trend-setters, leaders in their fields. In any case, the bar is set high, and even the title of the event, The impact of luxury on the real estate market, gives a clear idea of what’s in store.

The speakers will give a first-hand picture of luxury real estate customers: their profile, their needs and their preferences. They will explain why Madrid is currently spearheading the sector, why investing in luxury real estate in the capital is a guarantee of success, and why the world’s leading architects want to locate their projects in the city.

But they will also talk about the coast; ever a safe bet, always a winner. They will outline the latest trends, current indicators of the direction to take, and why the sea holds such a magnetic attraction for investors.

They will place Spain in the international shop window, and help us to understand the strengths of our premium market, the key aspects that make our country so interesting for the world’s investors.

And all this with architecture as the focal point in the consolidation of Spain as an undisputed luxury destination. Our speakers will help us understand how architecture fosters development in cities, how emblematic buildings can transform entire neighbourhoods and how specific interventions can improve quality of life for citizens.

Innovation, trends and fashion, always with luxury as the guiding light in the real estate market.
