One of the most striking homes designed by the Palomino Arquitectosarchitectural studio stands under the constant clash of the Mediterranean waves against the living rock of the Andratx coastline.

A project that seamlessly blends with the landscape thanks to the curated selection of noble materials from Balearic nature itself. A structure that is different but which blends in with the shapes of the surrounding environment to create a perfect formula of harmony and respect.

CTS-17022 is a home that does not aim to generate a significant visual impact but to dazzle with its lines, shapes and materials. The studio’s philosophy precisely seeks this mimicry with the setting in which the projects are located and to attract attention through the architectural techniques used.

Its stone and wooden walls are the first elements that favour this mimicry. Its mixture of outdoor colours replicates the shades of the sea when it hits the rock. A chalky white that makes it go unnoticed among the rest of the houses in the area.

Once we step into its wooden slatted corridor, we arrive at an open-plan entrance that offers us an infinite view of the Mallorcan coast and the Mediterranean Sea from its entrance hall. A striking image that aims to convey calm and tranquillity to all visitors to this magnificent home.

Space, light, beauty & efficiency

The amplitude of its rooms and the combination of the different internal structures create a spacious and light-filled home. Large windows are distributed throughout the project, allowing this natural sunlight to enter all the rooms. Thus creating an example of an energy-saving home. This considerably reduces the use of artificial light and favours the conservation of our environment.

Each space in this project is designed to offer the most incredible comfort to its owners. From the dining room to the bedrooms. Comfort and simplicity meet the latest artistic trends in our sector to create unique spaces.

Once we enter the terrace area, we can marvel at the architectural lines of the house. A set of shapes that draw before our eyes, a structure that is difficult to define. It is precisely this style that helps us to understand how it is possible to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean no matter where we are in the house.

This wide terrace creates the sensation of extending and stretching out to the coast. It seems to be part of the landscape and rocks of this part of the island.

CTS-17022 is a modern and bold house, different from the rest of the current structures. An innovative project that aims to set a precedent in Balearic architecture.
