The adventure began with the organisation of the Mallorca Real Estate Summit, an initiative designed for developers, builders, architects, interior designers, real estate agents, landscapers and distributors to share experiences and knowledge, trends and projects. Two essential stakeholders in the sector joined the idea: administration and customers. And with all of them, it was a complete success.

But we wanted to fly high, get out of our comfort zone and look beyond the borders of our wonderful island. So, Grup Serra and Borbalán decided to commit firmly and set Madrid as our next target. We got down to work with Grupo Planner Exhibition, a leading company in the organisation and promotion of national and international trade fairs as important as SIMA. Here we are, ready to present the Premium Real Estate Summit.

The event will take place on 29 November. It will bring together the leading players in the premium residential sector in Spain, who will help us learn about the latest trends, evaluate the market’s current state, analyse the premium customer’s profile and circumstances, and discover top-level projects from different perspectives.
The format is born with a dual vocation: continuity and leadership. For this first edition, we count on two partners as renowned as Caixabank, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservice y Construye Capital and the support of Colliers, Grupo Tecnitasa, Netsense, Bilba, Savills and Miele.

The day will be intense and productive. Top-level speakers to address new trends in architecture and design, the evolution of the market and the premium customer journey.

And if Spain is at the forefront of the Premium Real Estate sector, three cities are leading the way: Madrid, Malaga and Palma. We will learn about their branded residence projects and how they are working on the difficult residential balance, tackling coherent urban planning, and planning habitable cities in the future.
